Review of the Needle Exchange Program

Background

Various groups have started discussions with the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department regarding the location of the "Needle Exchange" van. One of the goals is to get the van off of the street and to provide the needle exchange program in the major social service providers facilities.

HDC Position

To further the development of Tacoma Avenue the needle exchange van must discontinue its services at 14th and G.
